What we collect

When you send a trip enquiry we store the details you enter: your name, phone number, optional email, destination, departure city, dates, number of travellers, trip type, budget and any message.

How we use it

Only to plan and quote your trip and to contact you about it. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing. When you book, we share the necessary details with hotels, transport and activity providers so they can serve you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while we're working on your trip and for a reasonable time after, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are stored in a secured cloud database. The site is hosted on Vercel.
